I Want To Sell My Items...Now What?
Sellers/Consignors earn 60% of their sales, less a $10 consignor fee, for participation in the JBF event. Consignors who volunteer earn an additional 10% (70%, less the $10 fee)! Our average consignor made over $500 at our Fall Sale! Now THAT'S turning Clutter into CA$H!
Follow these easy steps to consign...

Consignors must register for EACH event in which they would like to participate! CLICK HERE to log in and let us know you'd like to consign!

Gather the items you'd like to sell.

Prepare and tag your items. The online tagging system is available year round! CLICK HERE for detailed instructions. ***Please use ONLY WHITE cardstock to print your tags.***

No time to tag? We can help! Click here for more details on our VALET TAGGING Program!

Right before the sale, drop off your prepared items at the event location and pick up your passes for you and a friend to attend the Consignor Pre-Sale. CLICK HERE to access the full event schedule. Don't forget to print off your Consignor Agreement and bring it with you. Click here to download a copy!

During the sales event, watch your sales which are updated at the end of each day on our tagging website.

At the end of the sale, you can pick up your items during the pick up time or you can donate your items to our charity partner(s).
Approximately 2 weeks after the sale, you'll receive your check in the mail with your earnings of 60% of your total sales, less the $10 consignor fee. Want to earn more? VOLUNTEER with us to earn an extra 10%!
*Anyone consigning 300+ items are requested to sign up for a drop off time & to help with a breakdown shift. As a result you will earn the extra 10% for a total of 70% on your sold items! ;) Click here to register for a drop off time.

Refer A Friend To Shop! Referral Card Program
Help us, help you sell more of your items by sharing at least 10 free admission passes. Click here to request referral cards to give to your friends,neighbors, co-workers, child's school, etc.
Have your friend bring the referral card to the sale for your chance to win one of FOUR $25 JBF gift certificates for our SPRING 2013 sale! The drawing will take place at the end of the sale day Friday. If your card is drawn, both you and your friend who referred you will win! You will be notified Friday evening if you won and have Saturday & Sunday to spend your gift certificate! PLUS, if you are consigning and your card is drawn you will receive 75% on your consigned items! Woohoo!
Refer A New Consignor Program
For every NEW consignor you refer that participates in the upcoming sale, we will PAY YOU $10! Just have them list your name as the "referred by" when they sign up. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can have. Recruiting 5 friends as new consignors will earn you $50! !

EXPRESS Drop Off - Improved for This Sale!
This service was designed for those moms who don't mind tagging their own items but have a hard time dropping them off.
Make an appointment, bring your items and waiver inside to the designated Express Drop Off Table and walk away. No standing in line for inspections or putting your items away. This process will take you about 10 minutes. Appointments are in 30 minute incriments to reduce the likelihood of drop offs running into one another and delaying the process. The fee for this service comes directly out of your check, so no out-of-pocket cost, just convenience!
Express Drop-Off Fees:
Up to 200 items-$20
200-400 items-$35
Item counts for fees come from the number of tags you have in your myjbftags.com account. So if you have old or sold tags, delete them so you’ll have an accurate number. We can show you how if you need help.

Pricing Guidelines
Generally, items in good condition should be priced at approximately 30%-75% off full retail price. For larger items, you can get an idea about the current market value by searching for the item on Amazon, eBay or Craigslist.
Items that are new with tags, popular brands, and items that have barely been worn or used may sell in a higher price range.
If you have several less expensive items, we recommend that you group similar items together to sell for $3.00 or more. This saves you time and effort with tagging!

Descriptive Tags: Within myjbftags, you'll type in a description about each item. Be specific and concise to ensure the description fits on the printed tag! In the event that the tag becomes separated from the item at the sale, a thorough description will help us find a "match". Words or phrases that positively describe the item are helpful in selling it ~ such as: brand new, worn a few times, great Holiday outfit, fabulous for church, etc. Brand names are also great eye catchers!

Donate (optional): Blessing others has never been easier! You can choose to donate all, a few, or none at the touch of a button, within the Tagging System! Just keep in mind, any items not picked up during consignor pick up time will be donated. You will receive a tax-deduction form with your check in the mail about 2 weeks after the completion of the sale.

Printing Your Tags: In the tagging system, select the "print tags (alternate)" option to open a 'pdf' file to print your tags 6 to a page. Print your tags on white card stock paper only. If you would like to keep your tags in order when cutting, please be aware that they print in order of top row left to right and then bottom row left to right.
